On-site Inspection Service
To ensure that the quality and quantity requirements of our customers are met with full satisfaction, CNC Services offers expertise in conducting inspection services at different stages:

Initial production check (IPC)
Our professional staff inspects the quality of materials, parts and components at the initial stage of production to ascertain conformity with specific requirements. Production samples will be drawn at random and checked to ensure meeting specifications. IPC permits timely corrections and improvements in product quality before mass production commences.

During production check (DUPRO)
We check samples when the production of approximately 30% of the shipment quantity has been completed. It can ensure that the previously identified quality problems are reasonably rectified and the product quality conforms to your requirements.

Final random inspection (FRI)
The final random inspection takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed (or the percentage of product completed agreed by your clients), packed and ready for shipment. We use internationally recognized sampling procedures, such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, ISO 2859-1, BS 6001, NF X06-022, MIL-STD-105E, 4-Point System, AQL 2.5/4.0 and other standard methods, 4.5 System and DIN 40080, for the comprehensive random pre-shipment inspection. A prompt report of all findings will be sent by fax or via e-mail to you before issuing the final report. It can ensure that the quality, quantity and packaging of shipped products conform to your requirements.

Pre Shipment Inspections
CNC Services provides Third party pre-shipment inspection services to limit the claims for shortages, damages, pilferage. Such services include variety of inspections like product verification, packing inspection, shipping documentation, shipment condition, photography, supervision of loading process etc. We ensure that the packaging of goods for shipment is proper; shipment is complete and matches the shipping documents. CNC Services provide an opportunity to correct discrepancies found so that there exist no controversy later between you and your customer. Good business practices helps in protecting oneself against unfounded claims and having good relationship with your customer. The receivers of shipment may request such specialized services by asking their supplier to allow third party inspection services. Our inspectors conduct inspection at the suppliers’ site.

Supervision of container loading
We supervise the loading of finished goods into containers. Our inspectors will help the manufacturer finish loading under correct specifications and report the conditions of container and shipped products to you.
